Music Ranch Chow Hall

Saturday nights the Chow Hall restaurant will serve at least one plated dinner such as s-l-o-w roasted fork-tender beef as an open faced sandwich with real mashed potatoes, gravy from the roast broth, mashed potatoes and another vegetable for $6.50, often an alternative plated dinner meat and two vegetables, $6.50, plus an array of sandwiches including Rubens, barbecue, hamburgers, chili dogs, even fried balogna, chili, vegetable beef soup, occasional surprises, plus a bunch of cakes and pies, most home made. You eat the food, we eat the tax! A deal you can't beat, food you will love.

Food is served from 5 to 7 p.m.

Those serving you are unpaid, though now well experienced, volunteers. We pride ourselves on fast service and no one should wait more than 10 minutes for their food.

The Lincoln Trail Health District inspects the concession stand in the theater, the theater restrooms and the kitchen and serving areas of the Chow Hall regularly and we usually receive a score close to perfect. The last 6, at least, have been 100% OK.
